Learn the language of modern tech sales.

Master the core principles of modern tech sales — messaging, prospecting, and pipeline basics. You’ll understand the “why” behind effective outreach and apply it through guided practice.

Do I need prior sales experience?

Nope. We hire for grit, curiosity, and coachability. If you’ve got the drive, we’ll teach you the rest.

Is Sales Catalyst paid?

Yes — we believe you should be rewarded from day one. Apply to receive detailed compensation information.

What’s the weekly time commitment?

The program takes place from 9a-1p, Monday - Thursday. Think of it as a part-time, temporary role that’s focused on growth and learning that prepares you for a full-time career in tech sales.

Is this remote or in-person?

Catalyst is an on-site program at CSpring's Indianapolis office. We believe that in-person energy and collaboration make learning faster and more fun.

What happens after 90 days?

Top performers may be offered a full-time Sales Associate role with CSpring - with base pay, commission, and unlimited earning potential. Even if you move on, you'll leave with real sales experience, metrics, and references that open doors.

I’m a student—can I apply or get internship credit?

Yes, if you can commit to the hours for the 90-day program, we encourage you to apply.  We are open to working with your school to fulfill internship requirements for academic credit in lieu of pay. Catalyst is a great next step if you’re ready to launch your career fast.

When does the next class start?

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. We have classes that kickoff in January, June, and September. Don't wait - spots are limited!
